Head Guide & Founder
Born in Stepantsminda, Luka has been riding these mountains since he was five years old. He founded Horse Tours Kazbegi to share his home with travelers who want more than a photo — they want a genuine connection with the Caucasus. He has led over 2,000 rides and knows every trail, every weather pattern, and every story these mountains hold.

Senior Mountain Guide
Dato has summited Kazbek seven times and has guided expeditions across the Greater Caucasus. He specializes in our multi-peak and glacier rides, bringing calm authority and deep geological knowledge to every expedition.
